We do not employ sales staff, all customers are dealt by the management team from initial enquiries through to installation of their worktops. Our factory staff are employed by Marble and Granite Worktops Ltd and we do not employ sub contractors. All our production staff are skilled specialists in all aspects of the stone industry who combine traditional skills with modern machinery and have gained many years of experience.

We offer a nationwide service, handcrafted to individual requirements, and aim to install your granite or quartz worktops minimum seven to ten working days after the day of templating. We will inform you the installation date on three days after we have templated. You will find a list of the areas we cover below which do not incur any extra charge.

Home Visits Available
On most occasions depending on location one of our managers can visit clients at their home at a time which suits them including out of business hours. We carry a large quantity of granite and quartz samples which we can show our clients in their own home environment, we can look at their kitchen plans or if the kitchen has been fitted, measure and look at all the available options and explain the differences, and advise how to look after your granite and quartz worktops. There is no charge for a site visit as this is part of maintaining our high level of service.
Visit Our Suppliers
If you are looking for a natural stone which is different in colour or pattern to the samples we carry, we also arrange for the customer to visit our stone suppliers who have vast quantities of different colour granite slabs where clients are able to choose their own stone for their kitchen.
We do not import our own stone as this would be a very expensive operation and would not guarantee quality of product. Stone suppliers in this country specifically import stone only, and usually own their own quarries and if they don’t, have excellent business relationships with the quarries therefore are guaranteed to sell premium quality materials.
